The Hampshire County Council Inspiring Inclusion Conference is a great opportunity for activity providers in East Hampshire to learn how to make their club, class or group accessible to all.
The conference being held in Alton in the new year has a great line up of truly inspiratonal speakers and workshops designed to further inspire increased inclusion across Hampshire.
The Inspiring Inclusion Conference 2012 is for mainstream recreation and leisure activity providers, both managers and front line staff - including reception staff, tutors, instructors, ranges, coaches, librarians, assistants, volunteers and more.
The conference will:
- Provide professional training and development
- Increase understanding of the potential barriers faced by children and young people with disabilities and their families
- Challenge attitudes and beliefs
- Build skills and confidence
- Offer practical ideas and solutions
- Create new partnerships

The cost is £39 per person, which includes a wide variety of engaging and informative workshops, inspirational speakers, lunch and an endless supply of tea and coffee! Please see the booking form for concessions and group discounts.
The conference will open up new learning opportunities and partnerships for those already involved and if you are new to inclusion then this conference is a great starting point to get you and those you work with on the track for offering activities for all.
