Volunteering is simple. It’s about giving your time to do something useful, without getting paid (apart from expenses).

In England, more people offer their voluntary services to sport than any other activity. Volunteers are without doubt the backbone of British Sport. Recent research by Sport England suggests that there are 5.8 million sports volunteers in the UK representing 14% of the adult population (http://www.sportengland.com/).

Clubs and Volunteers
