Move and dance to a variety of music from pop classics to the latest hits. Imporve your flexibility, balance and co-ordination as well as burning calories. There will be occasional use of small apparatus to enhance effectiveness of movement. This is a friendly class that will suit all abilities from beginners to the more experienced keep fitters, will suit men and women alike, please bring some water and wear comfortable clothing and flexible footwear.
