Club Profile:
A friendly chair based exercise class, with some progressive standing work. The aim to increase stamina, improve balance and posture, boost confidence,fall prevention work. All exercise to music in a fun environment. Open to residents and non-residents of Orchard House. Cost £2.00 for residents £3.00 for non-residents. All enquiries welcome.
