Funfit is the perfect way to keep young children of all ages and physical ability healthy and happy. Through a combination of games & play, structured to improve aerobic & cardiovascular health, balance, co-ordination, endurance, flexibility, strength & speed children learn how to keep themselves healthy & rediscover how much fun being active is. All this is rounded of with lots of praise & positive encouragement.
